Toasty Travels Week – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Toasty Travels Week promotion is organised by GO Travel Solutions on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council and funded by the UK Government.

2. Promotion Period

  • The promotion runs from 24 to 30 November 2025.
  • “Bus Bug” vouchers can be redeemed up to and including 14 December 2025.
  • After this date, vouchers will no longer be valid.

3. Who Can Take Part

  • The promotion is open to anyone who finds a “Bus Bug” voucher on a Stagecoach bus in West Northamptonshire during the campaign period.
  • Each voucher entitles the finder to one free standard hot or cold drink, up to a maximum value of £5.
  • Only one drink per voucher can be claimed.

4. No Purchase Necessary

  • No payment or purchase is required to take part in the promotion.
  • Passengers who already hold a valid bus ticket or pass may participate, but anyone can take part without needing to buy a bus ticket, as vouchers are distributed freely on buses within West Northamptonshire.
  • Participation in the promotion is entirely free of charge.

5. Where to Redeem Your Voucher

You can redeem your voucher at the following participating venues:

  • Daventry – Ten Hands Bakehouse Café, 28 Sheaf St, NN11 4AB
  • Northampton – The Good Loaf, 1 Overstone Rd, NN1 3JL
  • Northampton - Lawrence’s Coffeehouse, 35-37 St Giles Street, Northampton, NN1 1JF
  • Towcester – Ten Hands Café Bar, 175 Watling St West, NN12 6BX

(Only these registered venues can accept “Bus Bug” vouchers.)

6. How to Claim Your Free Drink

  • Present your original “Bus Bug” voucher at a participating venue.
  • The voucher must include its paper tail, which the venue will remove and keep as proof of redemption. The main part of the “Bus Bug” will be returned to you.
  • Each voucher can only be used once.

7. Fraud Prevention

  • Vouchers cannot be copied, altered, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
  • Damaged, photocopied, or already-redeemed vouchers will not be accepted.
  • GO Travel Solutions and participating venues reserve the right to refuse any voucher they believe to be invalid or fraudulent.

8. Photos and Publicity

By taking part, you agree that GO Travel Solutions and West Northamptonshire Council may take photos or create social media content related to the promotion and your participation, to help promote Toasty Travels Week.

9. General Information

  • GO Travel Solutions may amend or withdraw the promotion, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond their control.
  • By redeeming a voucher, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
